2013-2014 School Year Audition Information

Applications

Students that wish to become part of Blake's Fine Arts Magnet program should apply on line at the Hillsborough County site during the next application period - April 16, 2013 and ends April 30, 2013. Directions: Click on choice options, magnet programs, high schools, steps to apply, step 3.

Auditions:

The on-line application serves as registration for the audition.
Auditions will take place May 6, 2013 starting with audition registration at 3pm in the school's cafeteria. Doors to the cafeteria will not open until 2:45pm. Students arriving after 4:30 will not be granted an audition..

If you have applied to Blake High School for any fine arts programs during the application period from April 16, 2013 and ending on April 30, 2013, your application serves as registration for the audition. All fine arts applicants should attend the audition session on May 6th starting at 3pm.

Auditions Requirements

In general,students will perform a one-two minute solo or show samples of their work to a panel of adjudicators. For specific information see the NEW Program Audition Requirements.
